Choosing the size:
Select the size according to your head circumference. Measure around your head horizontally at the widest point, making sure the measuring tape sits snugly. Ensure that your measurement falls within the product’s size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, size 54–56 will fit, but 52–54 may also work. Choose based on whether you prefer the headband to fit more snugly or more loosely.
