Choosing the size:
Choose the size according to head circumference. Measure the head horizontally at the widest part so that the measuring tape fits snugly around the head. Make sure the measurement falls within the product’s size range. For example: if the head circumference is 55 cm, size 45–55 is suitable, but 50–60 can also fit. Choose a tighter or looser fit depending on your preference.
