Choosing the size:
Select the size according to your head circumference. Measure your head horizontally at the widest point, keeping the measuring tape snug around the head. Make sure the measurement falls within the product size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, both sizes 54–56 and 52–54 will fit. Choose based on whether you prefer a snugger fit or a slightly looser one.
