Choosing the right size:
Choose the size based on your head circumference. Measure horizontally around the widest part of your head, keeping the measuring tape snug. Make sure your measurement falls within the size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, sizes 54–56 or 52–54 may both fit. Choose depending on whether you prefer a tighter or more relaxed fit.
