Choosing the size:
Choose the size according to the head circumference. Measure the head horizontally at the widest part so that the measuring tape fits snugly around the head. Make sure the measurement falls within the product size range. For example: if the head circumference is 55 cm, size 45–55 will fit, but also 50–60. Choose a tighter or looser fit according to your preference.
