Choosing the size:
Select the size according to your head circumference. Measure around your head horizontally at the widest part, making sure the measuring tape sits snugly around your head. Ensure that the measurement falls within the product’s size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, size 54–56 will fit, but 52–54 can also work. Choose based on whether you prefer a snug fit or a slightly looser one.
