Choosing the size:
Choose the size according to your head circumference. Measure around your head horizontally at the widest point, making sure the measuring tape sits snugly. Ensure that the measurement falls within the product’s size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, size 54–56 will fit, but 52–54 may also work. Choose depending on whether you prefer the headband to fit more snugly or more loosely.
