Choosing the size:
Select the size according to your head circumference. Measure around the widest part of your head horizontally, keeping the measuring tape snug. Make sure the measurement falls within the selected size range. For example: if your head circumference is 54 cm, size 54–56 will fit, but 52–54 can also work. Choose depending on whether you prefer the headband to fit more snugly or a bit looser.
